2019 Castell Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat vegetal apple nose with citrus traces and floral nuances. Quite nutty in the mouth, somewhat buttery, moderate acidity, delicate grip, vegetal tones on the palate, a little reminiscent of root vegetables, very slightly sweet melting, mineral traces, quite good finish.
