2018 Greuth Bastel Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Restrained, relatively cool, planty to herbaceous nose with bright yellow fruity and floral as well as slightly mineral notes. Clear, quite polished, fine-juicy fruit, very fine acidity, floral, herbal and nutty hints, good persistence, minerality in the background, still a trace of yeast, a hint of dark berries, good to very good, again fine-juicy and also mineral finish
