A somewhat herbal-plant and nutty core fruit-citrus scent with a hint of dark berries, suggested mushrooms, and moderate fiber notes. Cool, finely juicy fruit with vibrant acidity and a delicate grip, herbal to herbal and nutty aromas, quite pronounced minerality, completely dry style, has a certain elegance, good sustainability, very good, bitter, quite firm finish.
