Cooler, somewhat vegetable, nutty and slightly yeasty scent with a bit of salt lemon and citrus and peach peel, bitter herbal notes, a little smoke, black berry nuances and almonds. Relatively firm, bitter fruit, nutty, yeasty and distinctly plant-like spice, a hint of cabbage in the background, fine acidity, grip of much ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, noticeable alcohol warmth, slightly dark etheric and also black berry nuances, a bit of salt, good to very good finish, again with much grip.
