2020 Riesling Kabinett VDP.Gutswein, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, somewhat herbal-vegetable, almost a little ethereal nose with citrus and pome fruit notes, peach and floral nuances. Slightly yeasty and herbal in the mouth, moderate sweetness and fine acidity, some tannic grip, a hint of candy on the palate, hints of mustard pickle in the background, some persistence, good finish with candy notes.
