Still a little restless, clearly vegetable, delicately waxy and tallowy-bacon scent with rather light yellow-fruity aromas, chalk and floral traces. Straightforward, again light fruit, planty, yeasty and almond notes, a hint of floral, fine acidity, hinted white pepper and bacon, a hint of tannin, some alcohol warmth, good finish with a slightly dull spice
