Cool nose, delicate yeasty and nutty notes, light dried herbaceous notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of grapefruit, light floral traces, hint of green tobacco. Youthful, very slightly sweetish citrus fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, light grip and has some persistence, touch of pepper and salt, still slightly muted on a good finish.
