2021 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Réserve, Rheinhessen, Germany

Clear, polished, youthful citrus nose with some gooseberries, green apples and blackcurrants, a hint of mushrooms, very delicate smoke, vegetal hints, yeast and minerality. Ripe, juicy, a touch sweet-melting fruit with tannin grip and lively, fine acidity, black berry notes on the palate, a hint of aubergines, floral tones, has bite and certain traction, quite distinct minerality, very good, tight finish with cool juice.
