Still a bit restless, rather citrusy nose, also reminiscent of citrus zests with fine vegetable aromas, a hint of yeast and hinted at pepper. Relatively cool looking, bright, tart, with air increasingly juicy fruit, smoky, vegetable to herbal and yeasty aromas, fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, chalk and salt on the palate, toasty traces, has power, some depth, very good, firm finish with floral and slightly black berry nuances. Must mature a little more
