Rather firm, cool, even yeastier, even a little smoky fragrance with light yellow fruity and nutty aromas, vegetable nuances and a little chalky minerality. Clear, cool, finely juicy light fruit, delicately nutty and also again yeasty tones, very fine acidity, good persistence, chalky and salty minerality, elegant style, still undeveloped, a touch of mushrooms, very good, finely juicy finish. Still has to mature
