2017 Elsheim Blume Riesling trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm nose, prominent mineral notes, light nutty aromas, some yellow spice, herbaceous, vegetal and floral traces, restrained yellow fruit, whiff of bell peppers. Firm, still very slightly muted, fairly tart fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and delicate yeasty notes, elegant acidity, slightly sandy tannins, light earthy and mineral notes, good substance and persistence, still undeveloped, floral notes and some peanuts in the background, very light metallic traces on a very good, ripe, tart, juicy finish.
