Salmon colour. Nutty and light yeasty notes on the nose, ripe citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate hint of tobacco and some red berries, floral traces, hint of bacon. Tart nutty fruit on the palate, some mushrooms, good grip, fairly prominent acidity, light cedary traces, hint of tobacco, sour cherries in the background, dried herbs and floral notes, hint of root vegetables, tart style, still young, some depth, quite persistent, nutty, floral and yeasty notes on a very good tart finish.
