Firm nose, light yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, herbaceous and light floral as well as mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, candied fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, hint of tobacco, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly prominent acidity, persistent, whiff of white pepper, noticeable warm alcohol, very delicately creamy and sweetish, floral traces, hint of stinging nettle in the background, salty traces, firm grip and prominent bite, more prominent acidity and noticeable alcohol on a good to very good finish.
