Fester, herber, getrocknet-floraler, zart tabakiger und erdiger Duft nach mürbem Kernobst, Kumquats, Pflaumen und Maracuja mit Anklängen von Minze, Strohblumen, etwas ganz frischer Iberico-Schweineschwarte und feuchtem Ton. Kühl, geschliffen und saftig im Mund, rauchig-speckig, kühle Kräuter, geröstete Erdnüsse und Steinsalz, erdige Beitöne, getrocknete Wiesenblumen, sehr feine Säure, deutlicher Gerbstoff-Griff, ruht in sich, sehr guter, etwas warmer Abgang.
