2014 Chardonnay Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs "François" (Deg.:4/2017), Germany

Prominent yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, vegetal notes, some honey, light pomaceous and citrus fruit. Dry, restrained, citrussy fruit on the palate, more prominent yeasty and light nutty aromas, medium-fine mousse, light tannic grip, vegetal traces in the background, has bite and grip, good persistence, hint of tobacco, touch of mushrooms on a very good finish.
