Zartsaftige Frucht mit kräuterigen und leicht gemüsigen Noten, etwas Holunder Am Gaumen, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, zart süßlicher Schmelz, nicht allzu tief, etwas Griff und Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher, teils süßlicher, teils feinherb-vegetabiler Abgang.
