Translate to English Röstige und selchige, leicht gereifte, zart gewürzige Nase von eingemachten roten Beeren, etwas Schokolade und Unterholz. Zart bitterliche und etwas schokoladige, eher schlanke, geschliffene, eingemachte Beerenfrucht, kräuterig und etwas pilzig, eine Spur Malz im Hintergrund, passende, moderate Tannine, wiederum ein wenig bitterlich, aber auch dezent mineralisch im guten Abgang.
