Clear, delicate smoky and subtly herbal-vegetal nose with bright citrus and peach notes, as well as a hint of lardo. Clear, cool, sweet-bitter fruit, lively acidity, and a bit of grip, yeasty nuances, hinted red berries, and again a bit of smoke in the background, some sustainability, certain minerality, good to very good, again cool finish with bite.
