Clear, polished, delicately smoky and nutty, bright yellow-fruity nose with a hint of forest mushrooms as well as delicate herbal to plant-like aromas. Straightforward, bright, dry fruit, nutty, smoky and herbal notes, fine acidity, gentle grip, certain sustainability, chalky tones in the background, a hint of nut butter and celery, floral nuances, suggested pepper, very good finish with light shell tones.
