2020 Scheurebe VDP.Gutswein trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, rather restrained, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and delicately floral nose of bright yellow fruits with a hint of elderberry. Bright, sweet citrus fruit with a hint of mint, lively acidity, some carbonic acid, has some grip and quite good persistence, smoky nuances, salty and chalky tones in the good to very good finish
