Firm, somewhat vegetal, slightly mushroomy, hints of smoke and bacon with tart yellow fruity aromas, a hint of artichokes and Mediterranean herbs. Ripe, quite juicy, quite dry fruit with melting and at the same time bite, herbal-vegetal and floral notes, black berry tones in the background, some grip, good persistence, smoky wood notes, delicate woodruff hints, a trace of white root vegetables and juniper, very good finish.
