Taut, somewhat herbaceous, delicately smoky to reductive, yeasty and also nutty aroma of ripe citrus fruits with light wood spice and a hint of butter. Ripe fruit, again rather citrusy, light wood spice, smoke and again also butter, fine acidity, light grip of crumbly tannin, chalky and salty minerality in the background, a little herbaceous-vegetable nuances, good persistence, a touch of pepper and blackcurrants, very good finish with bite and also some warmth.
