Firm, very slightly bacony aroma of partly preserved more black than red berries with a hint of cherries, a little herbs and mustard, meaty-animalic nuances and beetroot, floral hints and a touch of juniper. Smoky and quite dark berry fruit in the mouth, present, fine sandy tannin, some bite, floral nuances, coffee and also dark chocolate, hints of mixed pickles, persistent on the palate, some acid bite, slight alcohol warmth, salt in the background, still undeveloped, tart, slightly drying finish, again with noticeable alcohol.
