2017 Appenheim Hundertgulden Riesling trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm and quite deep, herbaceous-vegetal and a hint of oily scent with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, a hint of smoke and clear minerality. Clear, juicy, slightly creamy and almost slightly warm fruit, herbaceous, smoky and slightly spicy notes, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent and concentrated on the palate, has some depth, light nutty and also ethereal notes, very good, juicy and slightly sweetish - Smooth finish with distinct minerality, grip and a hint of pepper.
