Very slightly warm red and somewhat black berry aroma with a hint of sour cherries, some meat, floral traces and a little marjoram. Clear, tart, polished fruit, fine tannins, a little smoky and roasted notes, good persistence, again a certain warmth, restrained chocolate and coffee on the palate, chalky-salty nuances in the background, hints of cubeb pepper, very good finish.

Editor note: Cool, fresh and polished nose, predominantly red berries and some cherries with delicate floral, herbaceous and mineral notes. Firm, cool and juicy, again quite polished fruit, some nutty and spicy wood notes, elegant acid bite and youthful, very fine tannins, hint of pepper and cardamom on the palate, good persistence, has grip, in the background chalk and salt, also herbal nuances , very good, firm, quite complex finish.
