Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, noch unentwickelter, zart rauchiger, holzwürziger und hefiger Duft mit Aromen reifer gelber Früchte, ein wenig Feuerstein, Kräutern, grün-vegetabilen Anklängen und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, recht saftige, trockene Frucht, leicht rauchig-holzig und angedeutet speckig, lebendige, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, fester Bau, kräuterige Noten, ein Hauch Grünspargel, etwas Pfeffer und deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, straffer Abgang mit Griff und Zug. Darf reifen.
