Geschliffene, herbe, feinsaftige Frucht mit heller Holzwürze, hefigen Aromen und wiederum hellen mineralischen Tönen, leicht salzig, kühler Stil, nachhaltig, gewisser Schmelz, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nicht allzu tief, guter bis sehr guter, wieder kühler, feinsaftiger Abgang mit Zug.
