Reife, etwas schmelzige und leicht saftige Frucht, feine, reife Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, Suppenkräuter, etwas Wurzelgemüse und erdige Mineralik am Gaumen, ein Hauch Pfeffer, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Wärme, zart süßlicher Schmelz, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit einem Hauch Karamell.
