Quite firm, somewhat developed aroma of ripe, partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruits with herbal and delicate floral aromas and a hint of yellow spice. Ripe, juicy, somewhat sweet-melting yellow fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, good substance and persistence, nutty to woody traces, delicately herbal and yellow-spicy tones, certain minerality, medium power, very good, firm, juicy finish. Has developed very well and will hold up very well for a while.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler, noch etwas reduktiver, geschliffener Steinobst-Zitrusduft mit Kernobstnoten, kühlen pflanzlichen Aromen, ein wenig Nüssen und Ingwer sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, saftige, straff gewirkte Frucht im Mund, zart holzig wirkende Töne, wieder auch Ingwer, etwas Gewürznelke, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, pflanzliche Anklänge am Gaumen, lebendige, feine Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, viel Biss und Griff, nachhaltig, ganz trockener Stil, ziemlich saftiger und auch leicht holzig-würziger und buttriger Abgang.
