Firm, slightly smoky, nutty and somewhat woody-spicy fragrance with light yellow-fruity aromas, a little white berries and white-pepper nuances, floral notes, a touch of fennel and some minerality. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, nutty and slightly woody tones, crumbly tannins, fine acidity, good persistence, has power, in the background vegetable and also mineral tones, notes reminiscent of candied fennel, a touch of pepper, very good finish
