Nutty and a little bit yeasty, slightly herbaceous pome fruit scent with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, some pepper, minerality and floral tones. Firm, tart fruit, nutty, earthy and a little planty notes, present acidity, mineral notes, a little sandy tannin, some persistence, noticeable alcohol, good to very good, tart finish
