Cool, slightly yeasty and fresh-vegetal, also a bit root-vegetable nose with very bright yellow-fruity aromas, hints of white berries, herbs, and floral nuances. Fresh-fruity and lively in the mouth, again very bright, with yeasty, vegetal, and slightly white-peppery notes, lively acidity, some carbonation, hints of smoke and earthy nuances in the background, certain sustainability, a bit of salt, slightly noticeable alcohol, good to very good finish with woodruff tones.
