Herb, distinctly root vegetable aroma with yellow fruity notes, bamboo shoots, and parsley. Ripe, completely dry, warm, melting fruit, a lot of root vegetables and nutty hints, very fine acidity and a touch of carbonation, moderate grip, again parsley on the palate, also ripe citrus fruits, a bit of nut butter in the background, then also minerality, warming alcohol, good to very good finish.
