Somewhat smoky and moderately woody aroma with distinct vegetal aromas, restrained yellow fruity tones and a touch of bacon and hints of redcurrant leaves. Firm, quite juicy fruit with nutty, smoky to bacony and again clearly vegetal aromas, a little parsley on the palate, lively acidity and light grip of crumbly tannin, salt and chalk in the background, persistent, some depth, has tension and emphasis, very good, juicy and spicy finish, again with grip and minerality and in addition aromas reminiscent of herb seedlings.

Editor note: Planty to herbal and slightly floral aroma with rather bright yellow fruity aromas and very light ethereal hints. Ripe, somewhat warm, juicy and slightly nutty fruit with dried planty notes and again slightly ethereal spiciness, quite lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, smoky and hinted at tobacco notes in the background, a little yellow spiciness, salty and chalky mineral notes, a hint of menthol, hints of chanterelles, also some alcohol warmth, very slightly muted in the rather tart finish.
