2019 Frickenhausen Kapellenberg Pinot Blanc Extra Brut Crémant "Francophile de la Chapelle", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat yeasty, delicately nutty and dried-vegetable aroma with restrained pome fruit notes and a hint of tobacco. Restrained, somewhat developed, rather tart fruit, nutty, yeasty and slightly dried-vegetable to tobacco tones, some tannic grip, relatively fine perlage, some persistence, good to very good finish.
