2017 Oestrich Doosberg Riesling trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Slightly muted nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, hint of yellow spice, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco. Fairly cool, bone dry fruit on the palate, fairly polished acidity, vegetal and light earthy notes, yeasty traces, very light floral touch, light tannic touch, good to very good tart, slightly yeasty finish.
