2019 Hecklingen Schlossberg Chardonnay Grosses Gewächs, Baden, Germany

Very firm, deep and noble, still slightly reductive bouquet with very fine yellow-fruity and herbaceous-planty aromas, some white pepper, hints of yeast, morels, finest butter and clear minerality. Cool, polished, distinctly noble, bright, delicately juicy and melting fruit, delicately yeasty, nutty and yeasty tones, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent, again nuances of very fresh butter, hints of peppery nuances, deep and complex, still very young, very good to long, tart, again noble finish.
