2018 Malterdingen VDP.Ortswein trocken "Malterdinger - weiß", Baden, Germany

Clear, firm and polished, quite deep, still somewhat reductive fragrance with fine, light yellow fruity aromas, yeasty and nutty notes, only hinted at light wood, vegetable nuances and a hint of smoke. Taut, tart, juicy fruit with smoky, fresh vegetable to herbal and still yeasty nuances, lively, fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, certain melting, but also bite, quite clear minerality, very good, tight, fine juicy finish with draught
