2015 Weißburgunder trocken VDP.Gutswein, Baden, Germany

Clear, polished, finely-vegetated and somewhat nutty pome fruit and citrus nose with slightly smoky wood spice and mineral notes. Quite firm, polished, fine-juicy fruit, again hints of smoky notes, some herbs and quite clear minerality, very fine acidity, good substance, delicately creamy, but also tension and polish, excellent balance, animating, still fresh, very good, tight, fine-juicy, slightly smoky and again mineral finish. In great condition.
