Translate to English Fester und tiefer, noch unentwickelter, etwas rauchiger Duft nach reifen, teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten mit etwas Kernobst, angedeutet Senfsaat, feinen vegetabilen Noten und deutlicher Mineralik. Straff gewirkte, kühle, herb-saftige Frucht mit merklichem Säurebiss, noch hefig im Hintergrund, kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen, nachhaltig, gute Substanz und Tiefe, wieder rauchige Noten, reichlich salzige Mineralik, Pistazien, noch sehr jung und unentwickelt, hat Spannung, helle nussige Anklänge, sehr guter, wieder ausgesprochen straffer, saftiger Abgang.
