Developed, quite firm nose of red and black berries with coffee notes, nutty aromas, morels and a little foliage, some root vegetables and a hint of bacon. Taut, juicy, tart, still surprisingly fresh fruit, nutty and somewhat roasted flavours, a certain acid bite, quite present, crumbly-sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, herbal notes and again some bacon, has power and tension, good depth, in the background, salt, dried mushrooms, a hint of pepper, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish. In impressive form.
