Entwickelter, nussiger, holziger und erdiger Duft nach teils angetrockneten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit tabakigen, zedrigen und getrocknet-floralen Aromen, etwas Suppenkräutern und einer Spur Jod. Reife, herb-saftige Frucht mit deutlich holzigen und getrocknet-floralen Aromen, lebendige Säure und straffer, feiner Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr salzig, hat Griff und viel Biss, nachhaltig, ein wenig röstig, gute Tiefe, tabakige Aromen im Hintergrund, gute Tiefe, recht komplex, gewisse Wärme, ein hauch Kakao und Kaffee, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und mineralischer Abgang.
