2006 Malterdingen Bienenberg Grauburgunder trocken R, Baden, Germany

Woody, spicy apple scent with vegetal and spicy tones, also fine tart spice notes, some nuts and honeydew melon as well as mineral notes in the background. Elegantly juicy fruit on the palate, slightly spicy and also mineral, very fine, lively acidity, well integrated wood, persistent on the palate, certain depth, very good balance, has all the bite, herbaceous, slightly reminiscent of coriander, long finish.
