Somewhat herbal-vegetable and slightly floral, also a hint of yeasty nose with yellow-fruity aromas and light spice. Quite taut, clear, cool, bright fruit, yeasty and a little white-peppery tones, quite lively acidity and implied carbonic acid, restrained tannin grip, certain persistence, almost light-footed style, salty minerality in the background, good to very good finish with cool, dry tannin, fine, partly herbal spice and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
