Tart herbal-vegetal nose with pepper notes, floral tones, celery and a hint of elderberry. Quite firm, juicy, a hint of sweet fruit, fine, relatively present acidity and some tannic grip, herbal to herbaceous flavours, a little pepper and celery, chalky-salty mineral tones, persistent, hints of light, slightly nutty wood, yeasty traces, very good, firm finish with bright, relatively cool, again very slightly sweet juice.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
