2018 Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Fumé Blanc", Württemberg, Germany

Firm, somewhat nutty-woody spicy, also planty, slightly ethereal and a little floral fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, a little green berries and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit with light wood spice, slightly nutty and white-chocolate on the palate, lively, fine acidity, vegetable and floral nuances, a hint of red berries, good substance and persistence, certain alcohol warmth, candy tones in the background, good to very good, strikingly sweet finish with ethereal and bitterish woody notes. Stresses a little
