Firm, very slightly ethereal fragrance of ripe black berries and cherries with tobacco and toasty wood notes, cocoa, black olives, dried herbs and pepper. Tart, again very firm, ripe black fruit, smoky, roasted, dried plant and peppery notes, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, lots of power, mineral notes in the background, still very slightly drying, gains juice and depth with air, very good, woody-spicy and juicy finish
