Bright, youthful pome fruit nose with citrus notes and light nutty wood aromas, a little bit of herbs and some minerality in the background. Almost cool looking, light, hardly developed, fine juicy, pome fruit with light coconut notes, yeast, tart vegetable to herbal tones and clear minerality, fine acidity, some touch, smoky and fatty nuances, hinted dried mushrooms, strong and lasting, certain depth, very good, juicy and vanilla-woody spicy finish with fresh vegetable tones and again a little coconut
