Slightly smoky, nutty and vegetal scent of yellow fruits with ethereal-herbal aromas, leek and a hint of butter. Clear, slightly warm fruit with delicate melting, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of candied lemon, a little fennel, celery and leek again, chalky tones, very good finish.
