Clear, tart and cool, slightly planty scent of mainly red berries with earthy vegetal notes. Not quite dry fruit, dried vegetable, nutty and slightly smoky aromas, lively acidity and some grip, good sustainability, a hint of carbonic acid, mineral traces, good to very good, quite juicy finish with grip
